Hilda's 1,1,1 Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg

Makes about 25 small cookies

Double amounts for larger batch

Mix together and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.

for a variation add 1 cup of chocolate chips
